Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To provide business consultative support to all business teams to drive performance through interventions supported by data, analytics, internal & external insights along with business logic.
  • Internal and External performance tracking through Internal templates for local and regional performance evaluation.
  • Incentive plan design, roll out, calculation, audit, and error-free payout as per defined intervals.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, Project Management, Change Management.
  • Drive utilization of digital tools, monitor progress, and measure impact.
  • Build standardized process to reduce manual interventions.
  • ROI tracking mechanism to measure the effectiveness of big investment programs.
  • To conduct governance meetings with sales leaders to drive performance.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Science / Pharmacy with Management (Full Time)
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5-7 years continuous experience as SFE business partner, data analytics, Consulting.
  • Type of Business: Pharma, OTx, Consulting Firms
  • Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position: Proficient in driving SFE capabilities
