Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build iconic brands & envision long-term goals & milestones for the brand portfolio
- Ensuring milestones achievement through Strategy Implementation in various countries
- Responsible for managing brand life cycle, introducing line extension & launching new products to strengthen presence in focus therapy areas
- Prepare brand annual sales targets and marketing budgets, ensure adherence to delivering topline & bottom line goals
- Analyze market trends, pricing & competitors’ strategies and develop effective sales promotional strategies for focus markets
- Build relationships with KOLs in multiple countries & leverage their support for establishing brands in focus segments
- Manage a team of Brand Managers with specific portfolios and guide them to develop effective therapy/product promotion strategies and implement the same

- Exposure to pharma marketing & data analytical Skills
- Creativity & innovation in marketing strategies
- Technology orientation & ability to take brands into the digital age
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Resourcefulness, always have a plan B for circumventing unexpected roadblocks
- Minimum graduation in Pharmacy is mandatory
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Metabolics, KOL management & Out clinic activities
- Previous experience of new product launches ( in India / ROW )
