Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build iconic brands & envision long-term goals & milestones for the brand portfolio
  • Ensuring milestones achievement through Strategy Implementation in various countries
  • Responsible for managing brand life cycle, introducing line extension & launching new products to strengthen presence in focus therapy areas
  • Prepare brand annual sales targets and marketing budgets, ensure adherence to delivering topline & bottom line goals
  • Analyze market trends, pricing & competitors’ strategies and develop effective sales promotional strategies for focus markets
  • Build relationships with KOLs in multiple countries & leverage their support for establishing brands in focus segments
  • Manage a team of Brand Managers with specific portfolios and guide them to develop effective therapy/product promotion strategies and implement the same

  • Previous experience of new product launches ( in India / ROW )
