Job Description

1. To generate new Sales leads from the Database given. (Cold Calling).
2. To convert leads to customers by answering queries of customers related with the products and services.
3. To follow up with the customers / leads for their feedback about the Company products & Services.
4. To maintain & update the records of every interaction with the customers for future evaluation. in the system.
5. To coordinate with different Departments and resolve customer complaints related with the Company products or services, in a time bound manner.
6. To train colleagues and subordinate staff to implement procedures & policies of the Company and deliver a high standard of customer service.
