Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop business growth strategy focused on Clinical Business.
  • Build long term relationship with existing and new stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Indian healthcare ecosystem and emerging landscape.
  • Champion and own the accounts on following aspects- Strategy, Order to cash cycle, Product usage, Product Challenges- Customer Expectations VS Product Capabilities and customer value creation.
  • Communicating account/clinical strategy via business plan to senior leadership team.
  • Stay abreast of competitor activities and markets dynamics and leverage the information to design and execute clinical strategies.
  •  

Desired Profile:

  • MSc in Lifesciences and preferably MBA.
  • Passion for science, health and genomics.
  • 7-10 Years experience in business development preferably from Life Sciences Industry and commercialising molecular/IVD kits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to 50% of travel required.
