Job Description for Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/ Regional Medical Advisor (RMA):

• Engaging external stakeholders: developing KOL engagement plans, collecting insights, identifying clinical investigators, communicating medical/ scientific data, connecting internal and external stakeholders, providing conference support, supporting external stakeholder research activities, and responding to medical information requests.
• Extensive Field work to engage all-important KOLs & other important decision-makers across various therapies
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders: providing training, supporting clinical research teams and serving as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on internal cross-functional teams, Gathering Market & competitive intelligence, Training & supporting sales force, Supporting Medical strategy for Brands
• Maintaining MSL Expertise: remaining current & updated on scientific knowledge, maintaining knowledge of pharmacoeconomics, coordinating activities with other field personnel in the territory, Tools development: Slides, Modules Training & mentoring new MSLs, Material Review, Medical Publication.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Positions: Regional Medical Advisor (RMA)/Medical Science Liaison (MSL)
• Headquarters : Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata & South (Bangalore or Hyderabad – Anyone)
• Minimum Qualification: BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS with relevant experience in MSL functions from leading pharmaceutical companies.
• CTC: Open as per industry standard.
